Our products may be incorporated into manifestation or intention-setting practices; however, Koto Create does not promise, warrant, or guarantee that any particular intention, wish, manifestation, goal, desire, or outcome will occur as a result of purchasing or using our products.

Lighting or using an intention candle does not guarantee financial success, romantic relationships, employment, healing, improved health, personal transformation, business success, reconciliation, good fortune, or any other specific result.

4. CANDLE SAFETY

Candles involve an open flame and must be used responsibly.

When burning a Koto Create's candle:

* Never leave a burning candle unattended.

* Keep candles away from children and pets.

* Keep candles away from curtains, bedding, paper, clothing, decorations, and other flammable materials.

* Burn candles only on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.

* Keep the candle away from drafts.

* Do not move or handle a candle while the wax or container is hot.

* Keep the wick properly trimmed according to the instructions supplied with the product.

* Discontinue burning if the candle container becomes damaged or unsafe.

* Follow all safety instructions supplied with your candle.

Never leave paper, written intentions, matches, packaging, decorations, herbs, or other combustible materials in or immediately around the candle flame.

Any intention paper or written note used as part of your ritual should be kept safely away from the flame and positioned in accordance with the product’s instructions.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for following all product directions and safety instructions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Koto Create is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other consequences resulting from misuse, modification, improper storage, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product in a manner for which it was not intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Many Koto Create's products may contain handcrafted or naturally variable components.

Because of this, slight variations may occur between products, including variations in colour, texture, appearance, fragrance, wax, decorative elements, packaging, and other characteristics.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens, lighting, photography, production batches, and natural materials may cause the product you receive to appear somewhat different.

These reasonable variations are not considered defects.

7. FRAGRANCE & SENSITIVITIES

Fragrance experiences and sensitivities vary from person to person.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their circumstances.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction while using a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional assistance where necessary.
