Shipping Update for our U.S. customers
We want to share an important update regarding shipping to our U.S. customers. Under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), handmade goods valued under USD $800 should not be subject to tariffs when shipped from Canada to the U.S. However, we’ve recently seen some of our products being charged duties at the border despite this exemption. It seems that customs procedures are under extra strain, and unfortunately, this has led to delays and unexpected fees.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate this temporary challenge. Our hope is that customs procedures stabilize soon, and if the situation changes, we’ll update you right away. In the meantime, we’ll continue to stay on top of it so your orders reach you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
A quick shipping note:
Now that our Christmas sale has ended, we’ll be pausing the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) option. Shipping will return to our usual method, which helps keep costs lower and gives more flexibility with delivery. While this may occasionally mean slightly longer transit times depending on customs processing, it also allows us to continue offering more affordable shipping options overall. Thank you kindly for your understanding and continued support.
